Moving a server between the two

You do not need to download your world and upload it again. Open a ticket, tell us which server you want moved and which brand you want it on, and we will copy it across for you. Your files, worlds and settings come with it. The only thing that changes is the address you connect on, and we will send you that when it is done.

There is no charge for the move itself.
