Minecraft Live 2026 Date & Schedule

Minecraft Live 2026 will stream this Saturday, March 21 at 1 PM ET across Minecraft’s YouTube, Twitch, and official website. After the main event, a follow-up segment called “The Deep Dig” will feature developers and special guests testing new content while sharing their thoughts.

If it follows previous years, the main show should run around 20–30 minutes, with “The Deep Dig” adding another 10–20 minutes. A short pre-show highlighting the Minecraft community is also expected beforehand.

Confirmed & Rumoured Content

Minecraft Live 2026 is set to highlight the upcoming Tiny Takeover drop, an unannounced summer update, plus a few surprises and special guest appearances. While there aren’t any solid leaks yet, fans have started picking up on some interesting hints from Mojang’s recent content.

In the latest Minecraft Monthly, the same structure from the Tuff Golem mob vote video appeared at both the beginning and end, with slight changes. If that’s intentional, it could suggest a building-focused theme for the summer update, especially since tuff golems were designed as decorative mobs. Beyond that, with A Minecraft Movie 2 already confirmed, an early teaser showing up during the event wouldn’t be too surprising.

Will There Be a Minecraft Live 2026 Mob Vote?

Even though Tiny Vu and others appeared on a previous Mob Vote set in the latest Minecraft Monthly, it’s highly unlikely the Mob Vote itself is making a return. Mojang officially discontinued it in 2024, and while it could come back someday, their current approach seems to focus more on gradually introducing previously losing mobs instead.
